This source of information excels at drawing an understanding between the reader of the text, and the text and its meaning. The text in question is presented In a way which the reader can digest the given information effectively. The resource contains relevant case law via cross reference which makes it easier for the student to become familiar with a range of valid cases related to human rights. Its a very interesting text to have in ones possession and it's very easy to enjoy learning more on the subject by consulting this text in relation to human rights. My book arrived instantly in mint condition, although I order via amazon but cannot recall the Name of the actual distributor of the actual resource. This book I recommend as an essential purchase for anyone studying human rights. This piece of material is most definitely one of the best purchases I have made via amazon.

I'm using this book to revise for my exam at the minute, and I've found that a lot of the content is very illogically structured. The author has a tendency to jump from one point to another without warning, then return to the previous point later on leaving you feeling muddled and forever having to go back and forth in the text to clarify things.

I have also found that sometimes the description of a certain point or case is very poorly worded, leaving you confused and having to research things yourself just to understand what the book is trying to say! This is only in certain bits of textbook but it is frustrating nonetheless as I was of the understanding that a textbook is meant to HELP you understand a point, not confuse you further!

I'm disappointed on the whole and I don't think the textbook is anywhere close to the standard of the other Directions books in the series.
