I was recommended this book back in 1993, and since then it has had various editions. In my mind it remains one of the best textbooks on training, but it would be great to see a revised edition.

The book is of high quality and standard and was recommended to me by a friend..It was great to see it on amazon..However I am unable to view the inside pages to give me an idea if its really worth buying.. Usually, there are limited number of pages for review but it is not so fo this..
It would be splendid it customers can have access to view the first five pages at least and a few other pages randomly..It a great book on Cost-Benefit Analysis in relation to training in an organisation..
