This phone is my first Android phone and I am very pleased with it. For the price (cheapest Android smartphone at the time) you get lots of functionality and a very good build quality. Ok, it's not quite as robust as an iphone, but it almost has as many features including: voice recognition text (doesn't work that well for longer sentences, but good for quick replies), access to all the usual apps (Facebook, Youtube, Angry Birds etc) and a 3.2 MP camera which does a good job in well lit conditions. Photos are also really easy to share to Facebook for example.
The only thing that lets it down for me is the qwerty keyboard. The letters towards the edge of the phone are hard to tap, or at least they are for a new user like me. Even when you tilt the phone on it's side to get a bigger landscape keyboard, they are still quite small. I think the qwerty only works well on bigger tablets so would have been better for this phone to have the standard keypad. I also don't like the iphone-style of text alerts i.e. you get the whole thread rather than the old Nokia style single messages, but that's just my opinion.
All in all, a great phone for the price which has a fast processor well able to keep up with all the functions and apps available on the phone.
