Hp 15 Black Ink Inkjet Cartridge - OK ink is ink what I did not like was that fact that I paid 2 lots of postage at 4.99 to find both cartridges came in same package and should therefore been one postage cost to me - that is unfair!

beware of refurbished cartridges 10 Nov 2009

This was my first experience with refurbished cartridges. I decided to contribute slightly more to my green life style. Unfortunately it didn't go well. The printer just kept saying that the cartridge is faulty. It refused to do anything and I was stuck for couple of weeks. I followed all the wiping and trying again instructions but to no avail. It also was very frustrating to email backwards and forwards. I was fully refunded fair play. Later I bought completely new cartridge and it started printing perfectly even without realigning.

Defective Product

I bought both an HP15 & HP78 together the HP15 has been satifactory however after less than a week and with little use the HP78 produced only a Magenta colour but nothing else.
