The Hozelock watering retaining gel is the fastest acting water retaining gel available. It absorbs moisture within the compost to create miniature reservoirs of water around the roots of the plants that is released slowly as and when the plants need it. This significantly reduces the amount of water needed, frequency of watering and lasts an entire season. This gel injector version allows you to get the water storing gel to the plant roots without getting your hands dirty. Pack contains 310ml of water storing gel.

Bought this before going on holiday for 10 days as I didn't want my plants to dry out while I was away. It was enough to do about 4 house plants, it was really easy to use and invisible when in the soil. My plants survived and they now need watering much less often, from about every other day to once a week so I can leave them and not worry about them.
