Bought this garden kneeler for my husband. He has a large paved drive area to weed, and he finds it saves his knees and helps him to and from his knees very successfully. It makes a big difference. Also gets used around the house e.g. cleaning the kitchen floor tiles. It is of robust, practical design and construction, easy to clean, and has no metal parts to rust. (Light to move around easily while working too). Although it can't be folded down as some other types can be, it suits us as it is always ready for use.

After looking at many kneelers, settled for the Hozelock. I am a little heavy, and so needed a reliable steady kneeler to assist me in getting back up again. Excellent, steady and assuring item. Useful for all other little tasks in and outside of the home. A1.

I bought this for my elderly aunt; she is 88 and wanted something to help her get up from kneeling whilst gardening. We did quite a lot of research and this seemed to be the best on the market in that it is very robust and will not bend or collasp during use. So it is very safe to use and being all plastic will not deteriorate or rust if left outside in the wet. It was also an excellent price compared to others. The only downside is that it is quite difficult to put together in that it needs ideally two strongish adults. We managed it and it was worth the effort but my aunt could not have assembled it by herself. The instructions with the product about assembling it are very good and clear.
