Key Features Hose End Connector this style of connector is suited to the tap end of your hose as it does not feature the Aqua Stop valve. Quality highly toughend plastics for a long anti-leak life. Flex the sheath on the end of the nut virtually eliminates hose kinks, leaks and swelling. Soft twin pads ensure a firm grip, making disconnection easy. Triple Lock System suitable for use with up to 10 bar of pressure. Hose Size 12.5-15mm (12 - 58) not 12.5-19mm as stated in Technical Details.

These are the industry standard but they are a bit fragile. If I were starting again I would go for the brass equivalents.

Very easy to attach to a 12.5mm water hose and very easy to use, virtually fool-proof. The connector is very well designed and made, and this has been my experience with other Hozelock products.
This connector does not have a valve that automatically closes to prevent water draining from the hose, should the connector become detached from a water tap adapter, and so is probably best for outdoor use only.

These connectors are so much better than the old type, and hold together far more securely two lengths of hose, or the hose and a spray end. Read more

THEY LEAK.
ORDERED TWO OF THESE RECENTLY BOTH LEAK NOT AMAZONS FAULT BUT

Excellent for the price
Much cheaper than in garden centres or shops and they are the genuine article, fitted to my hose and working fine without any leakage, very easy to fit.
