The high specification Killaspray Plus range is available in 5 sizes (5, 7, 10, 12, 16 litres) and is the ultimate sprayer. All the sprayers give easy, accurate and cost effective application of water, insecticides, pesticides, fungicides and water-soluble fertilisers. They are constructed from superior grade blow moulded translucent containers with integral tun dish as well as reinforced base with foot rest. They feature a spray nozzle that can be easily adjusted from jet for spot treatment to cone and mist for chemical application to wider areas. A weed killer cone is supplied to prevent spray drift when using weed killer treatments They also benefit from a heavy duty metal shaft in the pump mechanism for extra strength and long life.

Durability is essential in garden sprayers, whether they're in daily use, or only brought out of the shed once a year. Although it's too early to say how reliable this sprayer will be, it has a reassuringly solid feel to it, and the fact that it can be dismantled and that spares are available from the manufacturer gives confidence that it's going to last. It performs very well in use, with none of the leaks and dribbles that cheap sprayers suffer from.
The liquid capacity is two litres less than the headline size, so the 7-litre version is likely to suit most gardeners - unless they have a very small plot indeed, the 5-litre might be more handy in the confines of a greenhouse. However, the length of the hose supplied means that the container can be left on the ground outside when spraying in confined spaces. (If the hose is found to be too long, it an be cut shorter.)

I have used and abused hozelock sprayers for years ... used, mainly for week killer purposes and I have had a 2nd unit for hanging baskets etc too
Although the capacity says 7 litres it actually holds just over 5 ... and the construction is very solid. This kit comes with a little boot to prevent overspray which is useful if you want to protect other plant, and is also supplied with a nylon shoulder strap ... I must admit that I never use this, experience in the past shows me that all that happens is that it gets dragged in mud and water ... or worse, gets weed killer on it and I find it much easier to carry the sprayer with the pump handle.
The new spray arm is much better than the old aluminium arm which tended to be a little susceptible to knocks and dents.
It is easy to change the spray pattern, and my kit also came with an additional spray head.
All in all, a good, robust sprayer for about a gallon of weedkiller ... easy to use and fill and reasonably light.

The Hozelock Killaspray Plus 7 Litre in fact only holds 5 litres of liquid - therefore a slightly misleading name but apart from that it works well, the spray gun itself is good but the shoulder straps are useless considering the fact that you have to pump frequently and therefore would have to keep removing the pack if, in fact, you carried it there in the first place.
