Connected up very easily but one of the two connectors was leaky, could have done with a bigger "o" ring which I happened to have and resolved the problem, Should not have to do this though black mark!

The first one lasted a week before failing, a replacement lasted a further week before failing. This was replaced by a "tested" one from Hozelock directly, this lasted less than a day! Problem back with Hozelock now (they finally provided 4-way adapter as solution). There appears to be a manufacturing problem.

Amazon Verified Purchase
There is nothing from Hozelock that I have not had a problem with.Even what should be a simple piece of engineering has failed within 6 months. Wondered why my power washer had suddenly lost pressure to find the back plate on this useless connector had blown off. The plastic plate appears to be just glued or heat welded in place with no mechanical fix.

Hoselock 2 way garden dual tap connector 2155
Fine as long as it worked but after some months the water pressure blew the side plate off. Other reviews showed that this is a common problem due to poor design and manufacture.

Shoddy Quality

not robust enough to withstand water pressure
when hose was turned off the water pressure broke the back off this device do not recomend better off with brass device from screwfix

Useless
