The Compact Enclosed Reel is designed to give protection from wear and tear for the hose with a tough outer case. The easy rewind action coupled with a viewing window allows the user full control when manually rewinding and layering the hose. A folding carry handle ensures the reel is fully portable and the design means that it is easy for you to assemble and use. Can be wall mounted or floor standing and can be changed between the two in only 5 seconds.

Unlike the other reviewer I found this hose was straightforward to put together - diagram shows you how. Took 10 mins to assemble. Just be patient, its not a race and can give a small sense of satisfaction when finished. Although mounted on our back wall, it reaches down the side of the house to both front and rear gardens.
Hozelock do ones with auto-rewind, but this isnt one of those (they are more expensive) - manual rewind is easy,burns a few extra calories, and the grey hoze guide can slide left and right for you to spread hoze evenly on reel. Sinch. Havent needed to take off the wall yet, but its great if someone needs to borrow you hoze or if you want to lock it away in your shed when on hols, etc... Highly recommended. Go check one out in store, then buy from Amazon where its normally cheaper - as i found to my cost...!

If you need help assembling this item, I strongly advise you to watch "Phil" on You Tube who explains it step by step! You can pause at any time and he explains how to assemble it brilliantly! Well done Phil!

Bought a few days ago, yes it takes a little while to put together but seriously just READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and it's very simple.
Reels on and off a treat and has a very natty auto-shut off connector at the end so when you unplug the pressure washer / sprinkler etc. the flow automatically shuts off so you don't have to go back to the tap, clever. Very pleased indeed
