Aquastorm gear drive sprinklers are the ultimate lawn sprinklers. They are specifically designed to give 100% even water coverage regardless of the water pressure (1-10 bars). The sprinkler can water a full circle or a part of a circle. There are 5 jets which give a maximum coverage of approximately 314m2 or 20m diameter and also a fine spray for smaller areas perfect for watering lawn seed, seedlings and damping down a greenhouse. The sprinkler is mounted on a solid sled which gives stability on any ground.

This is my second one of these (my dog ate the first one). There is fantastic coverage with this sprinkler. With about 1.5 to 2 bar suppply pressure I get even coverage over a 12m diameter area. The sled is not very robust but it doesn't need to be once you don't drop it or stand on it. A small drop on concrete broke the sled on my first one before the dog finished it off.

A little expensive (at RRP) for what it is, so if you can snag it for under twenty quid, it's much better value. The only other slight minus point is that the sled base can seem not very substantial depending on the pressure of water flow and nature of the surface it is located on.
Other than that the selectable arc/radius feature works and the two manually selectable modes of "spray" complement each other. A pit there's not a way to get the sprinkler to periodically self-switch between these two modes, but in this level and price bracket of equiment that would be a miracle!

I was looking for a sprinkler that would have a good variable spray and easily pulled around to reposition with getting wet or turning it off at the tap to move it.
This is perfect for the job, robust and practical.
