THESE ARE GREAT!
I bought two of these to save time watering the front and back gardens in the dry weather.
(I had already tried three other sprinkler/spray options from other manufacturers, which had no power, and very limited coverage)
The very top of the sprinkler is rotated into one of two positions, depending on whether you want regular watering or spray. Once the water is turned on, the top of the HOZELOCK sprinkler moves clockwise, and quietly through the angle you have pre-set with the easily adjustable red control levers, (up to 360 degrees) and then goes back clockwise to the start, giving full coverage of your garden. You can adjust the levers whilst the unit is working to get accurate coverage, and keep the water away from areas you want to stay dryer. The power and reach of the jets are good enough for our slightly larger rear garden which has a radius of about 6m.
I don't have many seedlings, mostly established shrubs and flowers, and so found the spray/misting function suited us best. (The mist is blown around by the breeze and reaches all the corners of the garden as well).
If you don't want the spray/mist option, HOZELOCK also make the same unit, with water jet only... "HOZELOCK Aquastorm 360 Sprinkler - 2332" which is slightly cheaper.
