I have a Hoya Pro1 Digital UV on the front of all my lenses. There is no point in paying out good money on a quality lens to then stick any old bit of glass on the front of it.
These filters are superb, OK they cost a bit more than some but as a percentage of the cost of a lens they are great value.
These not only filter the UV they save the front element of your lens from finger marks, rain, dust and accidental bumps and scratches. Much better to scratch a filter than the front element of your lens!

This was bought in conjunction with my new 70-300 VR Nikon lens.

Having outlayed a fair sum for the lens I thought it was a good idea to get the best, within reason,
UV filter to protect the lens and enhance the images.

I have always favoured Hoya as filters and this has proved right with this.

This was a replacement for our previous filter which had cracked when dropped. They really make a difference to photo quality. This was a good price and the delivery was very efficient.

I recently purchased a new Canon lens for my DSLR and as with all of my other lens I search around for a general UV or DL filter with the main aim of protecting the front of the lens.

This Hoya filter is a perfect fit for the len and so far has done a sterling job without any impact on image quality, which can be a concern when looking for a cost effective filter with its main function to provide protection.

Perfect fit for my canon and Nikon lens on dslr. Brilliant protection for the lens itself and Pro quality. I use it all the time and cannot fault it.
CameraKing delivered on time and i would recommend both the Filter and the seller.
