Howard Napper - Yoga Chillout/ Yoga Dynamic (DVD) 26 Dec 2010

Howard has a wonderfully relaxing and mesmeric voice, makes you think you can do anything ! However, I found these DVDs very demanding and would suggest they are not for the beginner.
Howard has published DVDs for Upper and Lower Body, and these give a good starting point.
