Hi I am reading the book and I am finding it mind blowing. I am starting to pay attention at my hunger and at what I really want to eat. I was first driven towards sugar and fat to slowly and naturally be redirected to unexpected food I loved long time ago like salad, and vegies. I was on cold relationship with the last ones because over the time they became dieting tool. My eating pattern are quite uncertain but I guess that it needs time to adjust. I m giving 2 weeks more to weight myself and see how things are going.] What about you?
My journey is a little more up and down, some days I'm really listening to my body to,give it the fuel it needs and eating when I'm hungry and stopping when satisfied but I'm still struggling with the emotional eating side, I find when I'm lonely or bored i tend to start grazing when I know I shouldn't, can't wait for the second book which I hope will help me further
