Sarah Moore is Dean of Teaching and Learning at the University of Limerick in Ireland. She has wide experience of lecturing and researching. Her work focuses on developing learning skills and styles among students and enhancing teachers' approaches to facilitating learning in higher education. She is chair of Ireland's Inter-university Retention Network and a member of the Higher Education Authority. Maura Murphy manages and administers teaching and learning initiatives in the University of Limerick. She has provided essential administrative frameworks for delivering on-campus study skills programmes and works with a range of academics and students to ensure that learning performance and potential is maximised.
