the point of this dvd is to do it for 30 straight days, (i think?). I have done it for five weeks straight now...missed poss 3 sessions max and i've gotta say it does get results...only warning is that by this point i know i need to have rest days because my knees have felt it.. i am 42 and fit but this definately put a strain on my knees over this period of time. Excellant workout tho.
