I’ve bought many of Wayne Dyer’s books and I found this tape set to be a fabulous collection of his ideas that I’ve listened to many times. Wayne is recorded talking live to an audience in Detroit interspersed with sections specially recorded for this tape. The key theme as the title suggests is how to free ourselves from self imposed limits and how to identify self-defeating behaviours. He does not tell us what to do or how to live life but summarises the challenges that we all face in changing our attitudes; taking risks; creating inner peace and a sense of mission; living without limits and removing blame. Each segment follows naturally on from the last and is inspiring and enlightening. Throughout he talks of his own and others personal experiences and uses lots of humour to make the tapes really enjoyable.
The second tape specifically examines self-defeating behaviours and contrasts them to no-limit living. He finishes by asking 10 thought provoking questions looking at how we can develop inner direction. I had to listen several times to some parts as he uses visual cues when talking to the audience but it is worth it as the tape proved a powerful assistant to changing my own perceptions of life. Every time I listen to it I feel greater energy, more inspired and I definitely recommend it.

This is one of my favourite audio programs and I think its fantastic. Very uplifting, motivating and calming to listen too. He's a great speaker with a great voice. If everyone listened to a little Wayne Dyer everyday the world would be a much better place.

Classic Wayne Dyer - funny, helpful, practical

Wayne Dyer is at his free-rolling and conversational best in this title, which contains a live performance from the 1980's with more intimate updates throughout.
There is a sense of practical application to daily life in these tapes, rather than a metaphysical emphasis.
This is classic Wayne Dyer ... reaching people where they are with humour and kindness and anecdotes.
Highly recommended.

How to be a no limit person Dr wayne Dyer

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wayne Dyer and this cassette collection. It has changed my outlook on life. Everyone needs to listen to what Dr. Wayne has to say, it can only enhance your outlook on life. The only limits that exist are the ones that we place on ourselves. After listening to Dr. Waynes Tapes and reading his books I realize that there is nothing that I cannot accomplish if I set my mind to it. I do not feel the need any longer to worry about things that will probably never happen or that no amount of worry can prevent. I realize that yesterday is over, tommorow has not happened but today is my masterpiece to be lived to it's fullest.
