Dr David Lewis makes more than fifty presentations a year to major corporations in Europe, America and the Far East. An award-winning broadcaster, he makes numerous radio and television appearances each month on national and local stations. He is Chairman of the David Lewis Consultancy, a management and research service, which runs seminars for managers on creative change, communications, quality management, and leadership and stress management. He has a doctorate in experimental psychology from the University of Sussex and is a fellow of the International Stress Management Association and of the Institute of Directors. This is the best book I have ever read on this subject. It is simple, practical, systematic and when you have finished it, you feel that you have acquired some more sound knowledge.
