All of my life I've struggled with insecurities, but have never really take the time to learn how to overcome issues revolving around my insecurity. From time to time everybody will feel insecure about some point in their lives. Whether it be about themselves, relationships or in the workplace, it happens to us all. If you happen to be feeling this way, this guide is for you.

The layout of the guide itself, I feel was planned perfectly. It's a nice easy-flowing, simple read. It's layout is in a numbered list and each point, literally gets straight to the point. None of this babble you may find in other books of this origin. Just straight forward and to the point. Each point gives you an objective to strive for and look for in your daily life. Are you doing this? If not do it, it will help. This is what I liked about the guide. Just applying a few of these points to your life will help with your insecurities.

The guide itself isn't very long but I highly think it's worth the small amount of money it charges. Anything to help make your life better is well worth it I say. I definitely recommend others to try this guide too.

I liked the way it was laid out, with simple, easy to read and easy to understand pointers. You won't get bogged down in it. If you don't want a long-winded text regarding the psychological reasons you feel the way you do, you simply want to learn how to overcome your insecurities then this book is for you.

It's written as a list of points, so it's easy to pick up and read a couple when things are getting to you. Because of the concise way in which it's written, It isn't an overly long book, and that's reflected in the low price. There are lots of tips, and even if only a small handful truly help you, then it's been worth it. Whether you're insecure when it comes to relationships, or you feel your problems lie in the workplace, there's something to help you here.
