This book contains 30 ways to stay awake. If you have work to do but you feel sleepy and your eyelid feel heavier, this book will give you the ideas to stay awake till late at night. The tips are really useful and helped me a lot especially when I had to study a lot and felt tired. The descriptions are clear and concise. I was pleased to find out that I was already doing some of the ways to stay awake and that others were easy to implement. I loved this book. Evelyn has a writing ability that makes you feel like you are talking with a friend over a cup of coffee. She explains everything in a simplified way. The book was very informant and interesting to read.

Feeling sleepy at times? This is the book for you! The author gives us so many ways to wake-up and stay awake, and each one is written in a concise, easily read format. She also includes research notations throughout. I really like this book and highly recommend it.

A very helpful book that I found to have interesting and well-presented ideas. It is easy to read and clear to see that the author put a lot of work into this book. I read it twice through and even tried some of the suggestions and I can say that they really work. Whether you need to study for and exam, beat boredom at work or stop those cravings for afternoon naps, all the information you need is in these pages to keep you alert and ready for the day.
Unlike other books of the similar style, I found this book to be refreshing, colourful and written in a friendly manner that almost feels as if a friend is suggesting the ideas to you.
Presented in a fun and jolly way you immediately get a feeling of action and movement - exactly what the book is suggesting. Evelyn has done an excellent job with this book and I would definitely like to read mofe of her work in the future.
I have a late night of study ahead of me and this book came just in time!
