I purchased three books on starting and running a bed and breakfast, and found this book by far the best, very informative, easy to read, helpful, and up to date, it covered all aspects required. I would recommend this book to all, who are thinking of running a Bed and Breakfast.

I found this book disappointing . I didn't like the style which I found condescending and in the end just irritated me. Where I did want detail it was lacking ( obviously too difficult for me to understand)
