Get this book. An essential part of any Christians library. Fee & Stuart are excellent writers and with this book they have laid out key information for every book of the Bible. Covering historical background, literary points, and structural overview of each book. My favourite bits are where they give pointers of what to look out for - a "how to read" section, this helps guide my reading - aiming in the right direction but means I am still left to discover God's truth for myself. Wonderful!

This is an excellent book that I'd recommend every Christian read. Not only will it take you through the Bible, but it will help you develop a life long love for God and his ways.

Good book. A good tool about how to study the Bible. It talks about different kind of version, explaining about the translation issues and then talks about different types of literature inside the bible and how to study and interpret it. THe author uses a really clear language, understandable for beginners, so you do not have to be an scholar to read it. I found it useful.
