It is a pretty standard memorization system of linking pictures into a story. If you have read similar books, you can easily make up a system on your own. If you are new to this type of memorizing, this book is a decent start. I don't think 30 minutes is possible if you are new to this idea. If you want to memorize the bible books, this is a good place to start.

This one depends on who you are and why you want to learn the books of the Bible. If you are just some random person who wants to memorize the books for trivia sake...this is for you. The method design works great. However, as a Children's Church Director I cannot use the material as presented. At first I thought "This is great!", but as I progressed through the book discovered "issues". I am in the midst of using the method of visualization and story telling to write new stories that will honor God and not scare the beegeebees out of the kids.

The author makes it harder to learn than it would take to just memorize the books. It should be made easier to follow.
5.0 out of 5 stars Better than expected. A fun, vibrant read 25 April 2013

I'm not even half-way through and I felt compelled to write this. The memory techniques, and specifically the "mind movies", the author created are fantastically fun. The book lives up to its name and I can already instantly recall all the sections and books of the OT. Thoroughly enjoying this! Now on to the NT :)
