Format:Blu-ray
Having seen the stage show in Vegas I wanted something to remind me just how good the show was. However this is more a concert concentrating on the music and does not contain the sketches with the cereal or the twinkies if you have seen it.
That said I would thoroughly recomend this anyone who has seen the show or who wants to know what the Blue Man group is all about.
The picture quality is very good but it is the sound that is quite outstanding and makes this concert disk well worth aquiring.
If you do decide to purchase the disk and enjoy the show I would still recomend seeing them live if you get the chance.

Format:Blu-ray
I've had the privilege of seeing a Blue Man Group concert in the flesh and it was the best concert I've ever seen. The music, visual effects and humor make the Blue Man Group unique. The use of the Blu-ray makes the slightest details (e.g. paint splashes) crystal clear. Watching it in High Definition on the PS3 was amazing, also 5.1 surround sound makes the whole experience complete.
This disc will give people who have never seen the Blue Man Group live an incite and also reasons to go and see it. And for the people who have seen them live, it will bring back fond memories.

Unfortunately didn't get to see Blue Man Group show live when on a recent visit to New York, but this DVD is the next best thing. A great music and visual experience. The concept is very clever. A very worthwhile purchase and my version came with a music soundtrack CD as well.
