This book not only tells you what psychometric tests are, it also tells you why they are used by employers to determine the best candidate for a specific job, how you should go about answering them, and hints on how to improve your perfomance. It details how you can prepare yourself for the tests, and there are practice tests you can try, with the answers for you to check afterwards. As well as ability tests, this book also provides you with the information you need to successfully complete a personality questionnaire. I would recommend this book to anyone who is preparing for a psychometric assessment. After reading this book, you'll know all you need to know about how to succeed in this part of selection procedures.
