Review
As a qualified psychometric practitioner I feel this book gives all the information potential candidates need. The preparation tips are realistic and examples are up to date, including a precis of the Hogan Development Survey of the 'dark side' analysis. It also introduces the future in the form of virtual reality type tests, currently used in the military, which will, no doubt move across into business in the future.
