How to make profits in Commodities is a clear route map of how to trade for a living. Gann explains concisely the top 20 rules the nuts and bolts of winning in trading and life. He gives a detailed methodology of when to buy or sell wheat corn soyabeans etc.and how to run your winning positions and cut your losses. Gann was clearly ahead of his time in discussing the psychology of trading. He metions that you cannnot trade if you are unwell or if your time/luck is not strong. Apart from such comments his approach to the markets is rule driven and unemotional. No mention is made in this book of Gann angles or his Astrological trading.

Absolutely essential reading for any futures trader, this is the classic text by one of the all time great traders. Normally five stars but unfortunately this edition is a reprint of the out of copyright original and the quality control is not great. This is especially noticeable on Gann's hand notated charts which are sometimes not visible; simply unforgiveable on a book about charts.
