I had never made a speech of any sort before so when one of my mates asked me to be best man I was well and truly terrified. Nevertheless, preparing with the help of this book resulted in me apparently doing
an accomplished job. I won't claim to have brought the house down because I took the author's advice and kept things short but I certainly didn't let myself or anyone else down and I occasionally find myself day dreaming about doing it all over again for someone else one day. If you are a complte stranger to making wedding speches I couldn't recommend this book highly enough.

This book is definately useful. It tells you all of the essentials such as who to thank and what order the proceedings should happen in etc. I found that after reading through this a few times I was not as nervous on the big day as I thought I would be. The books helps put things into perspective! Definately recommended if you are terified of having to deliver a speech in front of hundreds of people.
