What a great book...which I have just finished for the second time of reading.
An intelligent person should know that any diets are a temporary solution and not a permanent one which is only achievable through understanding the WHY's of over-eating which lead to obesity which leads to dieting.
This much awaited book tackels those issues, many of which stem from childhood problems through to adult worries and stress.
If you are serious about achieving the weight loss you have always wanted and are ready and willing to change your outlook on key issues to do with your personality and make up, then this book is for you.
This book demands changes and an understanding not all of us will be able to achieve. But those that take on the ultimate challenge will never have to diet again.
Written with great ease and simply laid out with useful, interesting exercises at the end of each chapter.
The methods and techniques used by Ms Robbins in her book would ultimately cure a whole host of concerns from 'wanting to quit smoking' to 'underperformace in the professional sportsperson'
I could not recommended this book strongly enough to the serious achievers.

This book is amazing. I was convinced to buy the book after discovering Jessica Robbins' work and having had a weight problem for a good long while, I decided 'why not?'. What arrived in the post was a tardis of a book - small on the outside, but stuffed full of tools and techniques to address every aspect of weight and it's related issues!
What's more, all the tools and techniques presented in the book can be used for ANY problem or issue in life!! Apart from the original weight problem, (which I feel I'm now well on my way to conquering), I am also a smoker, and when I'm ready to give up, I will read this book again, using the tools to address my smoking, and I know giving up will be a piece of cake!
For any problem or issue, you can open this book at virtually any page, and there will be a technique or tool there that will help.
For now, I will continue to refer to it for my weight, but I have a feeling I will be reading and re-reading this book many times over.
Highly recommended!

This book has changed my life! I have tried so many different diets and am only 23! I have lost weight but maintaining it wasn't possible really because diets don't work long term! My sister wanted me to go to jessica robbins seminar with her and so i did (just to keep her company!) but it was the day that changed my life! the seminar itself was amazing but the book was the thing that kept my motivation going. you really CAN eat whatever you want, it is changing your mind set that is the important thing.

the book made more sense than any diet, it is a solution for life. I couldn't put the book down, and have re-read it 3 times! I have the greatest admiration for Jessica and i only wish more people knew about this book because it really does have ALL the answers! I no longer think about food all day and feel guilty for eating it!

I promise if you buy it you won't regret it. Trust me.. It will be worth it!
