Great advice for anyone looking for their next job!

This book really helped me understand what I am good at and how to communicate those skills to a potential employer. I also realized that I had been looking for work in all the wrong places -- and hung up on feeling rejected if I didn't get the job. Now I feel in command of my job search and I spend a lot more time researching companies, finding out how they tick, and narrowing my search to places where I will really FIT.
This book offers a real "how to" change your tactics and focus on the best results -- and it's an easy read in a few hours, unlike "What color is my Parachute" which has grown into a wordy tome. Much better succinct advice in "How To Hire the Perfect Employer"
