If you would love to have this spectacular plant in your home, but thought that they were too difficult to grow, then this book will provide you with all the help you need to get started.

5.0 out of 5 stars Reallly Helpful Orchid Book 25 Aug 2012
This is a really helpful book - I had no idea how many things you needed to consider when growing orchids. There is lots of help on things such as positioning, light, how much to feed and water - all in terms I can understand. I've got the Kindle version, but I've seen the paperback and it's stunning! My orchids now stand a chance of surviving! :-)

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Orchid Book 15 July 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is a brilliant book on growing orchids. There's lots of information about the different types of orchids, but I particularly loved the parts on how to care for them - for example, what time of day to water them - I had no idea this made any difference! It's easy to follow and gives lots of really useful tips and advice. From now on, my orchids stand a chance :-) Thank you Linda :-)

4.0 out of 5 stars Interesting and well written 29 Oct 2012

I picked the Kindle version up on free offer, an Orchid book isn't something I'd normally buy or read! But was I in for a surprise! Not only is it well written it's also very interesting to some one who's gardening capabilities extend as far as "green side up". This is a very informative book, easy to read and has some great pictures in it. I probably won't go on to cultivate these plants but it was a worthwhile read.
