This an excellent learning tool and I have found it great for progressing my development. I like her course programmes they are easy to follow and good if you like some help with deep meditation.
I also highly recommend Heidi Sawyers book "Why My Mother Didn't Want Me To Be a Psychic". In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Heidis' guidance.

Firstly I am not slating this product and have found some of the tracks quite good. But I hope you can visualize because you will need to on many tracks. OK, so I am a man and I'm not particularly good at visualizing or simply going with the flow of suggestion. I like to understand and feel the mechanics of what is happening. I have been put off some of the tracks on the cds simply because they are so visualization heavy. If you have a more body-awareness type of mind then I suggest finding someone whose techniques are less like "now imagine you are in a field..." because you will, like me, find it frustrating. Robert Bruce has some stuff I like, energy training with the body, check it out, although be warned if you think astral projection is easy, it isn't.

Haven't completed the whole cd yet, but so far very good. I was able to follow it so far.. and have it nicely placed in my personal library at home.
Would I recommend it to others... YES I would!
There is nothing to be disappointed with this CD.
