The story is fine... but you can tell right away what's going to happen because the author leaves too many indications... it's not very original. Also, Rosie repeats with different characters the same scenes... All in all, I read because it was the sequel to "Don't make a scene, mum". That's why I recommend it. Because it is the sequel of a fantastic book.

I chose this book because I'd read others by Rosie Rushton. The book really goes deep into the characters minds and expresses their emotions in such a way that you feel like you are that person, crying or laughing as they struggle through growing up. The book is long enough to satisfy you but short enough to keep you in suspense to read the other books. Sometimes, you feel like crying, but then you want to laugh as they have good news or do something funny. This is what makes Rosie Rushton so good. I would recomend this book.

Rosie Rushton's series about 5 British teenagers is brilliant and this book is one of the best. Jemma, Laura, Sumitha, Chelsea and Jon are trying to cope with life, love, and embarrasing parents, with varying degrees of success!
