5.0 out of 5 stars Useful information to know, 26 Oct 2008
By Steve Wilson (london, uk) - See all my reviews
This is a useful little book to have in todays economic climate, the author recalls his experience with property investing and how he has dealt with the recent mortgage drought. There are some good pointers on whether its best to sell now or later and a comparison of the 1990s crash helps put everything into perspective. I'd recommend this guide to anyone currently investing or selling their property during this credit crunch nightmare.
