5.0 out of 5 stars To the point and... very good! 27 July 2005
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
This is very good book on the subject. It covers all aspects about Executive Search, with a simple and direct language, always to the point, without wasting anybody's time on formalities and unnecessary excuses, dislcaimers, etc. Worth every pennie, it's quick and easy to read (~100+ pages)

This is an excellent book. I found it easy to read: clear and concise. I think it provides exactly the kind of information that someone who is not familiar with the ways of executive search needs to know. I found many useful tips myself - for example the perennial question of how often should one "keep in touch"! I thought the section on USP was particularly well argued, making clear the distinction between a useful USP vs. a waste of space.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good, simple and actionable. 5 Sep 2005
Format:Paperback
While I have worked with Headhunters many times in many countries, I never "bothered" understanding their industry.

After reading this book, I was able to identify 1) a few mistakes I've made in past processes, and 2) things I can improve on. Additionally, it showed how I can actually help headhunters (increasing my chances to be remembered and picked by them).

Simple to read, easy to understand, and with specific and practicable recommendations.
