Lost and Found,

I originally bought a copy of this brilliant book when it was first published and came to love, and very importantly to TRUST, the superb recipes. I then accidentally gave away my copy to a charity shop!!! I was bereft, as I love Asian cooking - especially Thai.
When I found that I could buy a used copy on Amazon I was over the moon. When it was delivered it was like finding a lost friend :-) I now use it more than ever and can recommend many recipes, but would say that the Thai green curry is one of my favourites - yes chicken, prawns and mushrooms do work together !

I use this a great deal and it has some truly wonderful recipes, all easily described and tried and tested by Good Housekeeping.
Indispensable book for those who love oriental food.

If you love Asian food, you'll love this collection of Good Housekeeping's Indian and Far-eastern recipes. Recipes are from India, China, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam. I've tried out a couple of recipes such as the spring rolls and lamb samosas and they've come out very well. Plus, a very handy basics section that explains techniques, ingredients and methods.
