From the Publisher
This book is a great insight into `systems' and `time' and how the House Share Hero has used the former to gain the latter.
Its easy to make the mistake of thinking that just buying a big house with lots of rooms and renting them out is an easy way to make money but many landlords suffer problems, voids, arrears, lost sleep/money and burn out pretty quickly.
It's a skill, an art and only with the right mastery of house shares does the content live up to the headlines.
All the best sports stars, business people and world leaders have coaches and role models, so consider letting the House Share Hero be yours.
