I bought this book as I have always considered getting in the property business but was hesitating due to many factors. Reading this book opened my mind and encouraged me.
This book is not only about a hero in the making, sharing his own experiences with others, it is about a way of life, choices that people make to achieve what they want, how to make more time for oneself. Besides it is a book which is very entertaining, it is very funny specially the cases with some tenants and one can learn from these experiences. This book gives ideas that could be suitable for most of us but also gives out a clear message which is priceless about the key to success. Read for yourself and find out the secret! Truly inspiring book with many good tips, not only for landlords but also for anyone on how to deal with people and some issues in life. Well worth it!

Great book. If only there were more business books like this out there. This was recommended to me by a friend as a must read & I couldn't agree more. Loads of practical advice about how to be a successful landlord, as well as some superbly funny stories about some interesting tenants! I've really been inspired by the book & have started using some of the strategies with great results.

A good read - I've always wanted to buy to let but was put off as I didn't have the right information to be successful. This book helped me understand what potentially can go wrong and what I need to do to get it right. Loved the bits about the tenants, very funny!
