This is very nice bedding for your pet pooch, I have a Brindle Staffy and I initially thought he would tear this bedding, but he didn't he climbed right in and snuggled himself in to it, during the hot days I like to just take the inside bed out and let him lie on that, and if it gets colder I put the whole thing out, as the surround gives him enough warmth. The fabric and look of the bed is very good, it's not shabby and it's well stitched, which is ideal for my dog as he loves to play inside of it with his toys, so having strength is important, it's also a lot bigger than what i originally thought so he has plenty of room to move around, and he is a long legged staff too, so overall I'm more than pleased with this bed for him, my dog definitely loves it.
