this was a genuine hotpoint cutlery basket at a very good price. It arrived the very next day, excellent service, a perfect replacement for my broken one. would thoroughly recommend, 10 out of 10.

This product was just as described and arrived very promptly after ordering. It had looked identical to the cutlery basket that came with the dishwasher which had broken and it was, it fitted fine and is now in use.

Like the other reviewers, the basket in our dishwasher was starting to fall apart with cutlery dropping through the bottom. After comparing several other suppliers, I chose this one based on their price and customer feedback, and it turned out to be the right choice.
I placed the order late on Wednesday evening, the dispatch email was waiting for me when I checked my inbox on Thursday morning, and the postie turned up on Saturday morning to deliver the replacement basket... so far, so good!
Opening the box, I was pleased to see the new basket was identical to the photo used in the item description, and on comparing it with the original basket supplied by Hotpoint I couldn't see any differences whatsoever - same dimensions, same colour, appears to be the same type of plastic, absolutely nothing about it suggests it's anything other than a genuine Hotpoint part... so far, so great!
Quick delivery, decent price, and an item that's exactly as described by the seller - chalk me up as another thoroughly satisfied customer.

Quickly recieved had to go to PO to collect, which was a pian, basket doesnt fit quite correctly in LG machine, but does the job

Robust basket!
This basket is the third replacement that I have bought for my dishwaher, which is actually a Bosch machine. Don't worry, most baskets fit most machines. Read more
