This machine does just what it's supposed to do, and does it well. It's quiet in operation, the controls are fairly simple (these days almost everything has too much functionality).
But there are two niggling little things which I don't like about it.
The first is that the lower plate rack holds the plates edgewise - so that one edge faces the front of the machine. That's fine for round plates, but with square plates they can slip out of position when moving the rack back or forwards.
Another annoying aspect is that if the top rack isn't pushed completely back before closing the door, it catches the powder dispenser.
Both these faults are relatively minor, and can be lived with, but they should also be easily forseeable when designing an item like this. And they could and should be rectified for future models.
But don't let these put you off. It's good value for money, well built, and efficient. I'd give it 4.8/5 if I could.
