Format:Audio CD
This CD is absolute quality. Loleatta Holloway ranks up there with the very best soul singers, never mind just female singers. There are no naff tracks on this compilation of her best 70s output. This is a must for all fans of real soul music. I can't recommend highly enough. Great value too!

Having ditched all my vinyl years ago, I was reintroduced to Loleatta by a chance recommendation after her death this year, and I am so pleased. Track 1, Cry to me, is a classic and is worth the price alone. Some of the material is familiar from old albums, but there are plenty of classy tunes to cover all tastes. She really has an unforgettable voice, coupled with brilliant production, makes this my current favourite CD.

This CD Is Quite simply one of the GREATEST You Will ever buy, there is none of her Disco Trash on here so if
that is what you want then do NOT purchase this Just incredibly Soulful Songs such as-Cry to Me ( Probably
one of The Greatest you will ever hear Complete with the most Heart-breaking Intro EVER ), The Show Must Go On, This Mans Arms, I Know Where You're Coming From. Just Be True. So Can I. Love Woke Me up, are just a few
to name. There is a Handful of Sam Dees compositions on here which tells you the QUALITY is very high,
Loleatta really is one of the Greatest soul singers you will ever hear, and this CD is PROBABLY her Greatest to
find these VERY RARE Soul Gems.
