I bought this because I am thinking of doing the full body hot stone course and want to get an idea of what to expect.
This little set is brillant it gives full details as to how to care for the stones (included), how to prepare the stones and how to give a full hot stone foot massage. The massage instructions are clear and easy to follow although there are no pictures (you will have to have a little practice before hand)
I forced my boyfriend into being my guinea pig and he is impossible now, constantly wanting foot massages!!!

It's very small book and easy to carry.I can keep it in my uniform poket.Howver, enough information is in it. very useful.

Unless you're looking for a TOY - don't waste your $!!

So, look at the DETAILS: what comes in a 1"x2" box can't hold much, especially for a book. This would be appropriate for 10 year-olds, but if you're looking for something informative, look elsewhere. Not even worth the money. Not even worth returning.

DON'T BUY HOT STONE KIT

Hot stone mini kits...I thought I could use it for the face or hands but the stones (pebbles) they are so small you can't use it. The size of a penny and smaller. Don't waste your time looking at it. Some where chipped (not that that mattered because of the size!)

stones are great for feet and toes

I enjoy feet treatment a lot - I will order one for the hands as well. It feels so relaxing and enjoying to put heated stones between your fingers and toes at the end of the day - stones are of good quality - smooth and black - real basalt rocks! They are small of course, so will be good only for feet, hands, may be face - but in Su-Jock and other systems those parts of a body represent our whole organism. The "book" doesn't worth reading - just enjoy the stones!
