shaggy has proved from his early hits "Oh Carolina" and "Boombastic" that he is one cool singer! Reggae music was big in the early 90s around the time "Oh Carolina" was released. Since then shaggy keeps coming back for more and this album "HOTSHOT" is a true reggae feel. "It Wasn't Me" is a memorable track and people will love it whenever they hear it again. Other standout tracks on this album are "Dance & Shout" (which samples the Jacksons song, "Angel" which has got a strong reggae feel to it and my favourite one "Luv Me, Luv Me" which blends pop and reggae for a feel-good party mood!! Overall this album should be a MUST for party-boppers all over the world! THEY WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
