1.0 out of 5 stars Sour Chocalate, 9 Aug 2007

It's Sooo Bad that its not even funny in a John Waters Way,BAD!
A young beautiful Bo derek goes to France to salvage overtake small Chocolate factory form Robert Hays 'boss.

The story is not much but nothing the lead stars or story concoct can fix this dismal abyss of french-farce slapstick romantic-comedy.
Derek & Hays have no believable chemistry, Hay's in particular is most boring and lifeless while Derek at least is credible in her part let down by Hay's and the director with material that could have found an audience but is absolute tirsome dreck.

The musical score which in most films can save it, here surely sinks it, it's horrible and misplaced all over inappropriately.

The Fact that this was shot almost entirelly in beatutiful France is a shame as only the locations look good but are merley backdrop to poorly executed romantic-comedy "stick" where I can see how it might've been better but fails to engage and entertain an audience.

Only bonus if at all is Bo Derek looking gorgeous for the films time 1992.
Nothing else but some location scenery, but thats not enough to make you watch if barely halfway thru the 1st viewing
