This is a great product, the second that I have owned. My only criticism would be that there is no temperature control. The unit is either on or off, no inbetween.

Although its compact this product is great, it really does do what it says on the box! The food or dishes are kept warm but the food does not dry out. I was very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.
