Anthony is a great writer - he wrote Saigon and Peking - both excellent novels. His experiences in China were challenging and taxing and teach us a lot about how to view the more difficult things that happen to us in our lives. He is both moving and funny.

Hostage in Peking 22 April 2006
By cortezhill - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
In October 1969, journalist Anthony Grey emerged from twenty-six months of captivity in Peking. Confined in a tiny room plastered with Maost slogans, his lonely fight against despair and isolation is a vivid illustration of the harrowing plight that every hostage must face up to...

Anthony Grey is now the bestselling author of the novels Saigon and Peking. This is his own true story, written immediately after that nightmare ordeal.
