Big enough for two cups plus a top-up if you refill the pot. The metal is quite thin gauge. The lid doesn't fit too well. The handle has a plastic insert but it's still too easy to burn your hand if the pot has been sitting under a cosy, as there's exposed metal in the handle. Cheap and cheerful, but not very high quality. Does the job OK but watch the handle if you use a cosy!

Nice little pot but:-
1) Despite being described as 1.0Lt the pot holds only 0.75Lt.
2) Right through the centre of the handle there is a stainless steel spine which is in contact with the hand when pouring. If a cosy is not used the spine remains at a comfortable temperature but if the pot has been covered with a tea cosy the spine becomes hot - too hot for the handle to be held in the bare hand.

See all those cool white and black stipes? They aren't on the teapot, the teapot is just reflective, it's stainless steel. The picture used to advertise the teapot is deceptive.

While it is also advertised as 'non-drip', it does in fact drip.

In short: False advertising, rubbish tea-pot. Get something else.
