I brought these poultry shears for making various cuts from whole chicken easier, and I can say that they did not disappoint. The blades are extremely sharp and cut though bone and joints with ease. The handle is 'high-grip', slightly squidgy rubber so that they do not slip under pressure. All round a great bargain for the price.

A really STOUT pair of kitchen scissors can work wonders with one's boned meat cooking! Supplied with expected efficiency. I fear these scissors get used too often for other jobs for which they were not intended, which is a measure of their usefulness.

great item , use it every time we have chicken , it does exactly what it says it does , if we buy a fresh chicken we cut it in half using the shears they cut through the bones quite easy . we use half and put the other half in freezer with just being the two of us

constantly jamming
