'Horses' is one of those books that moves you when you read and look at the pictures. The majesty of the horse has been perfectly captured, so that power is laced with grace and courage with kindness. All these feelings can be drawn from these superb photographs. Whether you love horses like I do, or are simply into photography, this is a must have masterpiece.

A must have. A wonderfull book for horse lovers that want to eye rest at home when by any reason you cant go out to ride, or for someone who loves animals and photography. An artistic approach to a worldwide view on horse breeds and ways of living.

I thought I was buying the large version of Horses by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, which is beautiful. When it arrived in a small version, I was disappointed, but still thought I would be pleased with even that. But when I opened it, the best photographs of all (placed inside the front and back cover of the original large book), were missing. So the very photos I had hoped to buy were missing. Very disappointing. If you want the large book, do not mistakenly buy this version.

Horses - the small book's good, the big one's better!
Beautiful book, good price - a great gift for horse-lovers. Disappointed the larger version is not available on Amazon.
